001 — Scaffold and first working plotter

Approve the plan and implement the MVP: Next.js app, PK engine with tests, shared form, compound routes, localStorage, share links, journey pages.

What we decided

• create-next-app (App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind v4) then shadcn defaults.
• Pure src/lib/pk.ts with Vitest before any UI. The chart is a renderer.
• Dynamic compound rows use useState, not React Hook Form — a field array would have taught less and shipped slower.
• Compound pages live at /compounds/[slug] so the homepage stays the blank plotter.

What we shipped

• Catalog of eight compounds with half-life, Tmax, and parent fraction
• Superposition PK engine + tests for decay, accumulation, short vs long ester, GLP plateau
• Shared PlotterForm on / and /compounds/[slug]
• localStorage saves and ?p= share links
• Methodology, disclaimer, privacy, and /journey

What we skipped

React Hook Form, custom compounds, concentration/mL math, Vercel production domain, public GitHub (still private).
